home for 10 days. His leave just happened to overlap my SIL's leave as my daughter and family prepare to go to England for 3 years with the Air Force. We had a wonderful week together. My daughter from OK also came to stay for a couple of days to see her brother and sister. I have heard from both. My daughter has called. My granddaughters don't understand why they have to wear shoes all the time in England (previous duty post was Guam avg temp 78). They had to buy sweatshirts as their clothing which was packed in Guam has not arrived. My son has only said Hello in an email but he was never much of a talker. Pictures below if I can get my computer to cooperate. Becky

What a treasured time. My husband is in the AF. I miss watching my 3 year old Great Nephew grow up. We Skype but he is too young to sit still for more than a few seconds. You are very special in my book having seceral children in the military.

Sorry don't know what happened. Our youngest GD likes to push buttons and has disconnected Skype once. It is interesting trying to get a little one to sit still in front of the camera eye.

Love this photo of the flag. Of course, you noticed the cross image, within the blue field of stars, didn't you?

Becky, what wonderful pictures and memories you have shared with us. Please thank your son and daughter and her family for serving our great country for me. I know you will miss them, but isn't it wonderful that now having computers, no one is "out of reach".

Becky, thanks for posting the pictures of your wonderful family. How beautiful you all appear! So glad to see another grandpa teaching his granddaughter to hammer. I have memories of my Dad teaching my daughter to use tools.
It's so nice to put faces and stories to the brave soldiers who are defending our country.
I pray that God blesses all of you and keeps you safe and well.
Love,
Jacqueline

Thank You! This particular granddaughter just loves Home Depot. She waned to go to Home Depot rather than the play area at Mc Ds
