I just joined with a 6-month subscription to Cute Embroidery.com. So far I can't figure out how to download anything on the subscription. What are the flowers by my name? Any help appreciated.

Norma, WELCOME to the CUTE family - you just go to where the design is - that you are wanting to download - click on your format and download the design - you will get another page - that will be like a command button - that says download - then you will be prompted to tell it where you want the design to be downloaded on your pc - so you will know where the design is - for using it later or you can open it at this time and it will go into your layout and editing program - but you still have to save it to your pc at some point. As for the flowers by your name - they are just for fun and for free - you get one - when you log into the CUTE site and from those of us - that click onto the flower - that is in a green outline - then it turns orange - you can do that on any Q&A or in the project section, too. It is just a general way to say THANKS - I like what you said or just a CUTE way to be friendly to another CUTE family member. Have fun and we hope to see you often - without your responding in some way on the site - we can't give your a CUTE flower - they are not worth anyting - except LOVE from all the other CUTE members and a way for you to give LOVE to the rest of us, too. Isn't Shirlene wonderful! She gave you great instructions so I won't add any to confuse you. Don't hesitate to download every design if you want. You have paid for them.
