black. This means the site won't open to that page. Highlight the PID number and do a copy. Then click on the Oregon patchworks url. Go to top of page and do a paste behind the url address and hit the go button. This should bring you up to the correct page. Example:

Thank you. I wondered why I was never getting to the design. I wasn't concerned since I catch new freebies here and there since I went through design pack by design pack a year ago.

Thanks for posting this - I too like Jacqui found out how to do it after another Cutie explained how to cut and paste the PID number after the URL. It's a funny way to do it, but hey whatever works right?
I do the most complicated way of downloading designs that are not my VIP or VP3 which one of our gurus here for Husqyarna told me how to do. So whenever there is another way of doing something I'm all for it. It only takes a few goes till you get the hang of it.

The person that posts the site can also fix it by replying to their own post. Then cut and paste the url into the "add link" box, then click "add link". You can then add another and another etc. Then submit your reply.
