Great Tip! Wish I had started doing that when I started downloading designs. Now it takes me a really long time to go through all my downloads to find what I'm looking for.

honeychyle, start doing it that way and with each download - change a file to work best for you to become organized - one design file at a time - you can do it. *4u

Congratulations Shirlene - a great tip and I am sure lots of people will do likewise.
Being as anal as I am - I have all mine alphabetically catalogued/dogologued (ha! ha!) sorry we have a commercial over here in New South Wales advertising a building equipment company and the Mascots are dogs and they always ask us to look at their DOGOLOGUE! instead of a Catalogue.
I always put the name of the design, where it came from and what hoop and how many stitches. Works for me!

Congratulations, dear Shirlene, it is a great tip and a very useful advice, I have dowloaded during years, and just now, I understand that it is important for all of you to know from where is the design. For me too, because it allows to return to the original pictures with their colours, and sometimes how it stitch out.
