Mine are fine Linda. Even opened them up and all looks good. Sorry you have that problem.

Mine were fine in HUS format. Stop stressing! The A is almost always the first to be voted on after the Z :)

If you have a customizing program or Embird. You can load your design and then click on editor, then click on the colors and separate all colors. From here you can select the colors that do not belong to the A design and delete them. If you remove a color you want back, just click on undo. Once you have your design with only the A colors, click on save as and rename your corrected design. IF you need the B design, reload your original design and delete the A colors. This will take some time and experimenting, but will separate your two designs. Hope it works for you. Best of Luck and Happy Sewing. Barba

I checked mine also and they were fine. You may want to contact the site to see if they would help you get the letter A again by explaining what happened.

I finally got the answer to my questions!!!! The A file was corrupted. Every letter that I have added since the A is now under the A on the same file. Now the BC&D are all loaded up under the A. My son pulled the A file out and onto the the desktop and copied the A again and renamed it, put it back in the folder and I have an A. The BC&D were all okay alone in their file. My son left the corrupted file on the desktop so he could send a copy to Cute so all of you would not think I am crazy (as he did) until he actually saw what was going on. He then walked out and forget to send it to cute and I do not know how. I am going to leave it right where it is until he comes back by here and can send it out so you can see what I was talking about. I know I a bit crazy and He knows I am a bit crazy but I do not want all of you to even think it has anything to do with embroidery designs! It is my son that makes me nuts! heehee
