Cheryl, I know how frustrating (and expensive to purchase missed letters)it is to try to collect the free letters. I really recommend that you save your dollars and then purchase a membership to Cute. It is so worthwhile. With the membership, you will be able to download ALL of the previous designs, which includes several alphabets. It is a stress-reliever.
