Jerrilyn, I was without my lifeline for almost 3 months the first of the year. I was nuts without it. I did not even have a temp. fix of being able to use someone elses machine. It was a bad time as I am home bound and the computer is my lifeline to the outside.

It is amazing how much these machines have control over our lives. I couldn't be without my computer. We will look for you when you get back.

Kay, just pick up the phone and call me if you need something. At least it is a local call and not long distance! Good luck on a speedy delivery of the new modem! Since it is Bell South, maybe they will get it out and on the way in a hurry! In the meantime you can visit your friend and use their machine if you really need something!
