I think I remember the catapillar being from http://www.sewsnazzee.com/ They have changed their website in the last year, but you might be able to email the owner for confirmation. Good Luck!

http://heartnsole.com/snuggle_bug.htm - probably not the one you are after but was the one I immediately thought of.

Yes, I think you are looking for Sew Snazzee. I have to tell you that I LOVE the designs they do, but am a little disappointed with them. Last year I loved their designs so much that I finally broke down and paid the $60 to join their club for six months. Just a few weeks after I joined, they sent out and email stating that they were shutting down. They would continue to create some designs, but were phasing out and would close it all out on XXX date (I don't remember the exact date, but it was a week or so before my 6 month exp.) I was not happy with this, but figured if they continued to produce such darling designs until near my end date, I would be ok. Personally, I thought the quality and the quantity of the designs when south soon after the email. Most everything from that point on was just alphabet letters. I did not join for the alphabets... I loved the unique, fun designs that you could not find anywhere else - like the Miss Pillar. After the end date, I did not go back to the site. After reading your post, I went to take a look, and sure enough, they are back in business. Plus, now they are selling all the designs that I paid $60 for, plus some new ones, on a CD for a LOT less. I am disappointed. (Not disappointed enough to keep from buying designs, but you know what I mean.)
