They may be in a version higher than your PE Basic is capable of reading. If it is ok with Lee I will convert them for you....but you must ask Lee (Smithandsmith) first.

i use a 4x4 frame and my format is SEW but sewmom was kind enough to do the PES. Im not sure if that helps you or not
I am using version 1.7. It is worth a try. These are the only designs that I have noticed this happening on.
Your PED Basic is up-to-date then. Just thought I'd let you know :)

Try a larger frame. They might be too big for the frame you chose.

If they were too big, they would show and have a symbol of a hoop showing they were too big. These do not show at all.

I downloaded them again and also the new one of the whale that you just put up. This time in SEW. I converted them using Wilcom TrueSizer. This time I can see them all. The 2 whales show they are too big for my 4X4 hoop. At least I can use one of them. Thank you Joyce

I converted them to pes5.6. They are larger than 4x4. What version does your machine use?
