our club is doing a replica gypsy caravan I have the outside completed, thanks to photos on internet, but am not sure of what furnishings, bedding, decor, embroidery & layout etc is inside

Out of curiosity I went to google and searched images for "gypsy caravans" (minus the "s) then "gypsy caravan interior". Quite a lot of photos with each search term. Good luck with your minis :)
