interesting that Dianne was given her machine as a gift. I to was given my machine by a friend The site is specifically for Janome machines but that doesnot stop anone else having a good look and enjoyment

Same here, but it suggests waiting 2 - 4 hours, and then retrying.
When I tested later in the day oit was fine so maybe she was working on her site
