I bought embird 2010 and registered it. It installed successfully. I shut off my firewall, anti virus installed where they told me too, ran as administrator, changed compatibility to XP like tey said and when I open it it comes up then immedialtely minimizes. can not get it to maximize then, but the tip of the day box stays up. I have windows vista 32 bit program. I have emailed embird like 5 times and they kee telling me to do more things and I have tried everything and it is not working. I have also repeately asked them for a phone number and they wont give me a number. Does anyone know what I can do??? I am desperate now and super frustrated

I had the same issue happen to me. I had a virus that was undetected. You have to run your computer in safe mode and run your anti virus program. Then restart your computer and do it one more time. You can check first in safe mode and see if Embird will run and not downsize to the bottom. If it is working in safe mode,as mine did, then the anti virus should be able to find the virus in safe mode and repair it. To run in safe mode restart your computer and when you see the windows icon appear press F8 over and over until the black screen appears with text. Choose with your down arrow key
"Safe mode without network" press enter. When the safe mode screen appears run your anti virus software.

I tried this and it didnt work. do you know if this really is compatible with 32 bit windows vista it says it is but now i'm wondering. i guess i will call a private computer tech tomorrow. thanks for the advice though

Hi there..
Embird is fine with vista 32 bit.. only problems are with iconizer and the 64 bit..
did the free trial run ok..
I have windows 7 32 bit.. I have down loaded embird 10 trial to make sure all ok..and registered it today was very impressed how quick I got my codes,
it may be better to remove the whole file and start again.. on secretsof.com there are 2 versions of trial to download - seperate files or one large file which contains demos of everything.. i opted for the seperate files had a litle problem with studio demo.. I saved it to desk top and extracted on desktop.. then dragged it to my embird folder.. as i could not get it to unzip in the embird folder(kept saying error).. but other then that all running fine now..
