I bought embird 2010 and registered it. It installed successfully. I shut off my firewall, anti virus installed where they told me too, ran as administrator, changed compatibility to XP like tey said and when I open it it comes up then immedialtely minimizes. can not get it to maximize then, but the tip of the day box stays up. I have windows vista 32 bit program. I have emailed embird like 5 times and they kee telling me to do more things and I have tried everything and it is not working. I have also repeately asked them for a phone number and they wont give me a number. Now they email me today and say NO REFUNDS...Does anyone know what I can do??? I am desperate now and super frustrated
