Marie, the lilly was given separately, before the A. You have to combine the middle (the letter) and 4 times the lilly to get the complete design. I have not yet tried that, only downloaded the lilly and the letters. Martine

THATS RIGHT, FIRST CAME THE LILLY AND THEN CAME THE LETTER. YO CAN USE THEM ON THEIR OWN OR TOGETHER.

Marie, I have the opposite problem. The letters are showing but they must be larger thank 5 x 7, since they have a bix slash through them on my software. Sigh.

The letters is larger than a 5x7 but just turn it side ways then it fits in the 5x7 hoops. Love Marie
