This is just a hanger that I covered for my sister to put towards a baby shower gift. When she visisted at the Mom to-be she noticed that the families christening rob was on a plain wooden hanger , in the babies room.
She tried to explain what the dress looked like. It is white and off white with roses.
So this is what I came up with, what do you think??

It's a lovely hanger and deceptively simple. I admire the skill it took to get it so nice and taut.

Beautiful. Yes christenings are quite someting. We as kids all had the same dress and to me it was wonderful to be able to dress them in this 40 year old gown when it was their turn. I still want to twist my mom's arm to give me the dress as my kids were the only of her grandchildren who used it an I am sure they will like it to do the same one day. The hanger rounds it off doesn't it.
