OK is not a matter of money, I am a member of Amazing and Cute designs, but cute alph. does not have a membership this is not the first time it happend. I know i could buy the missing letter , I have done that too, but it is not easy for me, you see, i do not have a credit card anymore I have Debit card I am realy afraid of using my money, the credit card is the bank's money, something happens they have to deal with it, but I do not know if they will do the same thing to a DEBIT CARD, after all, it is not their money. My membership will expire in two months I hope that I can find in Dominican Republic a prepaid Gift card, that was the way I paid for my two memberships. Thank you

Try to check in the morning and evening. I know it's a lot, but it works.

The designs usually change in late morning, US Eastern time. So you have to watch what time you check. If it varies a bit from day to day but is about that time, you will miss sometimes. I usually check in late afternoon or in the evening for that reason. HTH. Lots of Love, Lois

It should work if you check at the same time each day.

In most countries, computers by default show the time in 24-hour notation. Getting daily designs means you have to be consistant on the time you download each day. What country and time zone are you in?
