Help! Within the last two days, someone was kind enough to advise of site with an eagle head and deco base-- thought I downloaded but can't find- another senior moment- pls-ID site for me.

thanks but looking for the information that was posted under freebies within the last two days that told of the eagle with what looked like a deco design under the eagle's head.
