Just to let you know, I sent an email 10 days ago and I still haven't heard anything. What a way to run a business.

I have an electric ice cream maker. They are simple to use. Basically all you need are some receipes that you can search for on the net. Or just google "how to make homemade ice cream", "how to use an ice cream maker". Can't remember what all I googled until I found what I wanted.
I don't have a manual as I borrowed my machine to someone and they kept the manual which I didn't realize right away and then we moved.
I also went to a store and had a look at the manuals that came with them.
Also, I was in a big book store and had a look at some of the books they had on making ice cream - there's many.

Check out this Youtube video. I have a different brand, but I think they are mostly the same. Just freeze the container overnight, stick in maker, add the paddle, your favorite recipe, and turn on for 20 minutes. Put the finished ice cream into another container if you arent's going to eat it in one setting :)
