I think the most beautifull little sunbonnets is in Bettys sunset threads. There is also a lovely little bride and groom (sunbonnets). I have a lovely set of sunbonnets that came from there. There is also a set of crayon boys, and although you can see one side of the little faces, I call them almost sunbonnets.

And try a search with the term "sunbonnet sam"- often the boys sets are named so to distinguish from the girls sets named "sunbonnet sue".

TCN has a lot of sets with Sam I have all of them they are very cute.

I would also look for "Overall Sam" as that is what he is frequently called (at least by quilters, that is--)
