I have seen several sites with embroidered clocks. I only have a 5x7 hoop, so I'm afraid to start one. I don't know how to split designs, so that's out. Any ideas?

Check out Embroidery Library. They have instructions for many projects, also you may write to them with any concerns. They are very helpful.
www.emblibrary.com
good luck and happy stitching.
Sukiray.

I have done several but did not have to split my designs. I have posted some in projects but they would be way back *

I've never done a clock, but I'm collecting the designs. There are some really good ones out there!

You can make a small clock - without worrying about splitting a design. This one is made to paste onto a CD and then you use the CD cover for the stand.
