What's ridiculous is that when gas spills in the gas station, you just tell the attendant. If I am responsible for spills, what do they expect me to clean it up with? I don't have a haz mat spill kit in my car. That's why people get in their cars and leave and don't report the spill at all.

Oh my - that is ironic! As more than likely we will be responsible for the big clean up of that spill, too.
