My neighbor asked me to put her teenage son's name on a beach towel. It's lime green and yellow with frogs on it. I want something more than just plain letters. Help please, Judy

applique letters would be perfect, make sure you wash and dry the applique fabric first in case it shrinks (found out the hard way)

I have done a firefly letter on a towel with letters of the machine to complete the name. If you look through your freebees and see how the kid is you can do very nice things. Dolphin with a swimmer etc. or a snowman to keep it cold in the summer.
Good luck, Yvonne

The cowboy lasso font would be nice, also. If you have a membership to Cute, it would be free. I have embroidered the firebird font. It come out beautifully.

Have you tried stacked letters? They are very nice for teens. You can see an example at fivestarfonts.com

Wonderful suggestion...they add quite a bit of pizpazz without overdoing it. Rita
