Please do any Cuties have any ideas? My friends machine even with the largest frame in place gives the message to put a larger frame on to the machine. Her machine suddenly put this message up while she was sewing. She has tried the method of leave it off for a few days and that did not work. I had a brief look, we presume it is a sensor in the arm that the frames are fitted too. We live a 2 hour drive (each way) to our dealer who will be up in our working in our area soon, but there is a month before he is due. Has anyone else had this problem and can it be cured with out having to wait till mid July. The machine is a Brother Galaxie 3000. Thanks in the hope someone can help

Caroline, I highly suggest a phone call at the very least to the dealer. Does this happen with all designs, cards, or USB ports? Perhaps for some reason - she has gotten the wrong frame listed in her program software and it is reading that it needs a larger frame. Try looking into that and seeing if that is the case. And whatever you do or find out - please let us know the outcome. *4U

Check the size of your design carefully.I found some designs are made bigger than my 6X10 hoop.Resize to ensure nothing is outside your design area. There could also be some fluff caught where the hoop sensor triggers.Look and remove with care. From Bev

Even though I know nothing about Brother machines I wanted to send your friend a flower and a hug and hope her problem goes away. I am sure it will need to be looked at. **4U

When she left if off for a few days was it unplugged? It needs to be left unpluged for a while to clear the memory.
