Hi Shirlene, We arrived and hit the ground running. I have not had a minute. I forget how time consuming taking care of the students is. I thought I had a Saturday in country before the stadium and it did not materialize. We don't have access to public phones at the hotel either. Tell Meganne I am terribly sorry we did not connect. I'll try later this morning if I can. The little ones were so tired and hungry by days end, and a couple home sick so we leaders were fluffing their nests till late.
Sydney is beautiful. Walked through the Botanical Gardens. What a treat.

Glad to see Terri has arrived in our lovely country. I thought it was going to be a busy schedule!!!!! no wonder she didn't get time to connect to Meganne.
We have beautiful weather at the moment, it's sunny up here in Newcastle and we are a 2 hour drive away from Sydney, so I am assuming it will be lovely today too in Sydney. The temperature is around 18 degrees.

I just received email from Meg - they talked on the phone and will be meeting at the hotel after dinner - I sure wished that I had sent a gift for Meg with Terri. I do hope the two of them give each other a great big HUG from me to them. Hehehe! I am thrilled - I can't sleep now. I hope they take pictures, too.

Oh yes, they did - I can't wait for Meg to wake up and post something - she sent me a note saying that they had a great time - but that it was late and she had to sleep then post.
