No, I make it fitted so it just slips right over, nice and tight.

Thank you. It is very easy. I embroider a design on pre-quilted fabric, cut it to the correct height/legnth, finish the top and bottom edge (usually on my server) and sew up the back seam so it fits snug on the crock. Then you just slide it on.
