Thank you my secret pal; you've been an absolute dear, sharing your boundless energy, sewing knowledge and joy with me and with those around you. Wish I had gotten to know you the minute you joined Cute! Isn't it the greatest place? Each time I ask a question it seems that people dive right in to help! There are such wonderful Cuties here, and they always seem eager to 'lend a hand'. Thanks for sharing your time, knowledge, energy, and hairdresser with me. (No, no; don't tell them how my hair is the color of carrots now.) At least my DH noticed when he returned from his extended business trip to Taiwan. After sharing his life with so many brunette people, he must have been shocked to see me all fire engine red! Oh what I won't do, to try to make my (almost) daughter-in-law happy.

Thank you Louise; I'd love to spend the day with your 10 year old twins, too. What a delightful age. Wish them a happy (day-after-their) birthday for me. The day at your house must be wonderful! Recently spent my GSs 10th birthday with him at a very lively skating party, and watched him fall down, more than he skated. I think he had a grand time. Thank you Laura; I love the idea of having my feet rubbed, but no one else enjoys my imagination! Once we joked that when we 'struck it rich' he would have a French Maid and I would have a Swedish Masseuse (named Sven). Well, we're still not rich, and the expenses continue, so I'll just dream of a foot massage, and giggle a lot.

Thank you Yvonne. One of my errands was to pick up some old film that I'd found in a small non-digital camera, and then had developed. It was lovely, as it was film of my dear little GS when he was younger. It was almost lost in the shuffle. It's like a new gift.

Thanks for the lovely wishes, and it was a special day. Made my son promise not to get me a gift, as he needs to save his money for his upcoming wedding, but he bought me a gift for my laptop, anyway. And, he promised to take me to Arlington National Cemetary to see my parent's graves. That doesn't sound too cheery, but it is a beautiful, peaceful place, and I love going there to visit.
