Very lovely - now can you tell me - how do you exactly use tea cut doilies? Whose designs are these?

Oh I get it - you put them in the bottom of the tea cup - I thought it said tea light doilies - my mistake - but I still would like to know who the designer of these are - they are lovely lace.
