Only PES. At least that is what my Brother and Baby Lock will read,

I can use DST with my brother.

I have never tried anything other than pes on my brother.

Depending on your machine it may not be able to read the newer PES files. My old ULT won't read PES version 6 files. PES is about the only one I know of that retains the colors.

I only use pes. To be honest, I have so many pes designs that I can't be bothered to convert from any other format. Does this make me sound lazy or snobbish. I hope not.

I am able to use DST and VIP with my Innov-is 4000D. I suggest that you download a design in those formats and try it before you download alot of them. It seems every machine is different. Happy Stitching!
