Hi there.
I use "Filmoplast" form Gutermann. It is self-adhesive, easy-tear embroidery, underlay can be used to fix materials that cannot be mounted in an frame.
cheers Sigrún

Thanks Sigrun, I have filmoplast, I will try and cover the backside I think.
It's so helpful to listen to your ideas here! Sometime it prevents me from wasting a lot of time by doing what others tested, a great help

I use tearaway stabalizer when doing cards on paper.<br />you can only do a running stitch when working with paper...this satin stitch would just seperate from the card..............one way you could do it would be to sew it on a piece of cloth or felt cut it out and glue to the card......hope this helps you out.....maybe you can find a pair of booties in an outline stitch.........Good luck.......Arlene

This is wonderful. But it isn't running stitch like someone else said. They are filled designs. I can reduce the density of the stitches on my machine. Do you think that will work?
Thanks! this link is good.
I will try and post it after finishing
Good is the advice, to put paper (or card) at the backside of the stitching I thiunk it will also fasten the desing in the card
