If you don't add the film when doing Mylar designs, what's the results? Also could Sparkle Organza Fabric be added instead of the film? TIA ;D

Monica, you would more than likely have a design - that didn't look totally finished or very lightly stitched. Just remember with fabric - you have to cut it away and there may be fraying and the design may not have a stitch that might cover it.
