had had more issues with folk and the magnets not holding and being disappointed....so....he suggested the Fast Frames system.

It uses sticky stabilizer as the attachment mechanism...much more sensible in my thinking.....and the frames are so thin you can get them into alot more places than any thing I have worked with in the past.....this is going to be fun !

The hoops that came with my PR-650 are now on the shelf.
The cost was less than half of the other system.

I have Fast Frames and they work wonderfully on my PR-620! I wouldn't use anything else. I had a set of magna hoops and sold them on ebay for close to 400 bucks...

If you have any questions with the fast frames, PM me. :-) teri

Hi,
I use the magna hoop with magnets. For some fabrics it's very helpful not to hoop them, but for towels or other thick materials it's not a great help, it will not last. I need to fasten the fabrik with some stitches by hand.
I have quick snap hoop - is it that what you meen? It works with a metal snap on top with the plastic frame down , nearly with all fabrics and all thickness, very easy and quick to hoop, the hoop was not very expensive, but it's only one. I work with janome only. And they don't have really big hoops.I'm interested in some more information about "fast frame"
