with a strap that would go over handles or buttons, secured with either button or velcro. You could use either fabric or felt for the holder. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME LOCATE IT'S ORIGIN? THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH !! :-)

No, but TY TY TY for helping...this one was was shaped similar to a house, square at the bottom, pointy at the top and where the strap attached. I think there were several different shapes to make the topper....this topper I do have.....thanks and *'s for you for helping me !! :-)
