just now checked to see if I had them all and found it. I didn't know if anyone else had the same problem.

ART is one of the design formats. If you have a program to change format, use it to alter to the one you use. Wilcom is a free program to download if you do not have one.

IT won't open.I have a way to change the format but for some reason it won't show up in my embroidery format. it show in documents.Not sure..

I had the same problem with the #8. I thought that I had choosen the wrong format. It showed up in documents but couldn't open it.

eeeks, sorry you are having problems. After downloading them, I immediately changed them all to JEF format. I hope with the repeats, you will be able to recapture the defective ones. :-)

I have the whole alpha, all in jef but didn't try to open them. Hope they didn't make trouble...
