just curious how older designs and projects come up to the top of the lists-sometimes a week or more after everyone comments on them?

They come up because people are looking through the many pages of Cute information and bring them up.
Sometimes people have been away so they have not seen the posting when it was created

This applies to new people on the site also. They will go back through the designs and download and make comment so it goes to the top.

16 minutes ago a design I uploaded in Oct 2008 came up again, just because someone made a comment on it (and probably downloaded it as well). That makes searching for designs so difficult, everything changes place all the time.
