The left knee is so bad it has worn the bone in the tibia down to the bone marrow, and the right knee has inflammation in the bone marrow. Plus there are tears in the tendons? on both knees. I guess this is what I get for falling downstairs and landing on my knees 25 or so years ago. And I have bone spurs in my lower back, but the MRI to see how bad that is isn't back yet even though it was done at the same time. I just wanted ask for prayer for me. Everyone here at Cute who prays must have an unbelievably long list! But I thank each one who does pray for me. Anne

Thank you. Believe it or not, the pain has never been that bad, it was another situation that took me to the doctor and led to the MRI on my knees and back. It looks like I may have to have back surgery, too. Have orthopedic surgeon appt tomorrow and back surgeon appt Friday. Just falling apart! Thanks for your prayers.

Anne, I feel your pain... Both of my knee caps had holes in them and rubbing bone on bone...I have progressive arthritis and it is in all my joints, especially the back. ( not ready for surgery). It will be one year next month that I had my left knee replaced. I've been doing well. My right knee was replaced 8 yrs ago and I've had a total of 6 knee surgeries. Keep your head up! Be strong. God has great things in store for you....I think the cuties have the largest prayer warriors I've seen on the net...Will keep you in prayer also...Terre

Thank you. I may also be facing back surgery later. I seem to be falling apart as I get older.

I am sorry to hear it is both of your knees, but all I can tell you is that with medicine where it is today you can have the knee replacements and be as good as new. My cousin had her knee replaced and said it is alot of therapy but after she has been able to do whatever she wants. I will keep you in my prayers. Arlene

Actually I don't have a great deal of pain. I believe that is the grace of God. Only when I'm on my feet too long. Thank you for your prayers.

I have several friends who have had knee replacements, and they all say it is not bad at all and that the results are great! Be sure to update us on when you will have the surgery, and on the MRI results on your spine.
Blessings,
Diane
