Congrats! We went through the same thing here, for over two years, finally closed the sale in November. I know what you mean by Thank You Jesus, double taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities...was a long haul!

Congratulations! I hope you had tenants in that house all that time to help with those payments. I find insurance is the big expense these days -and for certain noone wants to have to make a claim on it, either.

Wow - I hope I don't have to wait that long! Our house has been onthe market for not quite 3 months and I want to move no later than mid-August for my son who will be starting school (I want him to start with everyone else).
