The file size could be too big, or it could be the wrong format. They are the most likely reasons....

Expect the picture is too many pixels

Once done save and than load to cute embr

Downsizing the picture in Microsoft's Paint program may help also. Also it needs to be in a jpeg format I believe

1ladyb, where are you trying to add your picture - in your profile? As other have said - you picture has to be smaller than 5x7 inces or about that:

1. Go to MY ACCOUNT
2. Go to MY PROFILE
3. Go to PERSONAL INFO
4. Fill out info: Nickname, Location, About Me.
5. At MY IMAGE - click the BROWSE button, find where you have your image/picture on your PC - highlight it - click SAVE

Thanks everyone for the help. I had already cropped the pic but I think it was because it was in bmp and not jpg that it wouldn't work. It's all fixed now and you can see my face and put a name with it.

I can't believe that you've been here since September 2006 too!
