Business cards help. I work 1 day a week in retail and put a card in each bag. Also pictures help a lot, try joining MySpace, Facebook, and do your blog. I get a lot of orders through Facebook. Google- Margie's Sewing Studio. Hope this helps.

Word of mouth...I post a lot of project pictures on Facebook. My church family then puts in requests for duplicates. It's fun and personal. I have also given items away to those that I know will use them and show them off. Their word of mouth is the best for repeat business. For larger order, I have to send them elsewhere because I have a full time job, a photography business on the weekends and a teenage boy that destroys my house with his friends (but I love them all).
