I need some advice....I need to embroider on felt and then sew these onto fleece or should I sew the felt onto the fleece and then embroider? What stabilizer should I use. ASAP please. TIA

This project is for a young lady who wants to make the fleece blankets and stitch a felt design onto the fleece before they are tied. She also wants embroidery on the felt and fleece.

If you are making something like a badge to go onto the fleece item, then I would embroider the felt and sew it to the fleece. Just seems more stable that way.
