First of all: welcome on Cute!!
a lot of questions are answered already if you go to the word tutorial here in the left colum. If you click on that a lot of things are explained already.
a lot of new cuties always ask about the flowers. well you can give someone a flower here at questions and answers/ and in projects, by clicking on it.de flower changes color if you click on it. It is a way to say thanks, or to encourage, or to reward the sharing(like in projects) you will learn being here.
but be prepared this Cute site can be addictive. I know: i'm a cute-addict too. Hope you enjoy being here!

I also use the flowers to mark where I have been.

Hi prplstchr, I see that Gerry already gave you good answers. I want to "Welcome you to our family. You will find alot of help, and great people here. Some new people are afraid to ask questions. Would like you to know there is no such thing as a dumb question, so please never be afraid to ask for help. We all learn from the questions that are asked. H&*

prplstchr, WELCOME to the CUTE family. Just click on things - when you see them - you more than likely will find it easier - once you travel around the site some. There are free designs, but you have to be a paid member to download all the designs that are offered.

Welcome to the most addictive website other than FB. hehehe.... I'm fairly new also... I learned how to get around by hit and miss and exploring. :) something I just learned was the little check by your account pic, it saves the comment/answer/project so you can go back and look. Makes it easier to locate if I'm trying to ask a question. :) Again welcome! Glad to have you here.
