Don't know of a free program that's real easy. Can you send me the design and I'll resize and send it back. Might work..PM it to me.

Lee, I find Embird very easy to use. They have a 30 day free trial too, so you might want to give it a try.

Failing that, I know a bunch of us would be happy to help you out by resizing designs for you.

thank you marion.. i just went there and it says its working on the 64 bit program for windows 7, i'll have to wait and see if they get that going. I have windows 7

Do not send designs even free ones to other people AND whatever you do DO NOT accept or offer in a public forum <to send designs>.
Anyone can read the offers, and you are completely fooling yourself if you think "private" is PRIVATE if such plans are made in that tab.
That being said try resizing the design on your machine, it should be able to
increase/decrease +-20%
