Check Julias Needle Designs. I think she has some Chile Pepper stuff.Just checked, there is a sombrero in her "Southwest Salsa" set. But check out the whole site, she has lots of southwest-ish designs.

You may want to check Embroidery Library....I got some cute funky peppers from them that I stitched on towels for one of my daughters....hope this helps.
