If you are traveling - be safe and watch out for others - as some are celebrating with a 5th, if you know what I mean. Have a great weekend.

Thank you for the good wishes. Glad you can see everything right from your house. I have to go about a mile to see the fire works. If we don't get too much rain our fire works will be Sunday night at 9:30.

We had our holiday on Thursday July 1. This is the first year people here have taking a 4 day weekend to celebrate Canada Day. It is so nice to have 4 days for people with young children, to do things like picnics and going to Niagara Falls and Marineland and fireworks everynight. There has been a 2 hour wait at the border bridges to go over to the states for shopping. Rather wait and go through the week, no line-up early in the morning. Regards Lynn.
