I've taken a shopping bag and added embroidery to it - going to use it as a gift wrapping bag for a present for my friend's 50th birthday. Ps the corners at the bottom folded away so if it looks a bit funny it is only the picture taken.

I purchased the CD and got it this week and although I use PES there is jef format on the CD. Margaret
oh-good to know-I do know that when I checked out the single designs it wasn't available-must be you have to get the cd to get jef-thanks Margaret-I just may have to invest in the cd too!!
I've obtained a membership on the site with immediate download and JEF was available. - I have an Elna which uses JEF.
I thought I had the site bookmarked,but now I can't find it-lol-I keep bookmarking and saving things till I have more time to look at stuff & forget what is what. What is the site eleen?

thanks Shirlene. The gift is one of these wooden modern hearts painted stained white and with the words Love carved on it. It hangs from a rope with beads and she can hang it against a door. It is quite big so fit nicely into the bag and yes also homemade cookies - something to eat is always appropriate.

You've seen nothing yet. You would have loved the expression on my husbands face when I showed him the calendar girls. I could swear I saw a bit of a blush when I offered to make him a pencil case for work.

Their is quite a number of the bigger sized ladies designs on the site. Just a pity in art they can be made to look very sophisticated but in real life it is another story. Howcome I never feel fat and attractive but only fat.

Thank you and it actually worked out less than a paper gift bag would have cost me. Don't know about you but being a baby boomer which learned from her mother I am a re user. Problem is just that the paper gift bag does not look so fresh the second time around and then I always think wouldn't the recipient realise it has been used before.

Thanks tippy, I kind of got the idea to make the kids teachers at school something similar as a Christmas gift. Like a carrybag for books. Perhaps use an appropriate design on it - like the shopping sassy for the teacher known to be a shopaholic and so forth.
