I agree with haydebug. You are doing a great job. I will go with whatever works.

When the frog alpha is finished I will check what sick is voting for and if we have the same letters in our list I will request those letters first then try for any other letters and see how it works.
I will go over to sick with the list of bear letters and see if they will help.

You have stepped into this with both feet and it is a thankless job. No matter what gets the most votes and you post it, someone is going to be upset. My nerves are way too bad for me to have gotten involved in something like this. I am sure you have already seen on numerous occasions, someone get angry because try as they might their letter will not win. I would have said to heck with it when the first complaint was made. I have enough confusion at home without asking for more. When I left my last job of 25 yrs of being the manager, I promised myself not to ever do or say anything that would put me in charge of anything but my own life again. With the pain I have to endure 24/7 I don't even do well managing my own life any longer and I sure would not try to get involved in ANYTHING that would put me in the middle!
The only risk I take in that dept. is my son and I still catch the devil if he does not like what I suggest. I have become a recluse for the yrs. since my operation and nursing home stay. I do not handle "situations" very well. It's almost funny even to me, that I managed a team of 20 to 26 people everyday and knew how to handle the situations where they never got out of hand and if they got so bad I could not handle it, we would be looking for a new employee the next day. I could not or would not let any one employee get out of hand because it would always drag more employee's into it. It just about puts me in the bed when my son and I do not agree. He can be vicious and mean since his Heart Attack. It took awhile but I try very hard not to even offer him a suggestion anymore. I figure that if he learns the hard way he will remember it well! If I try to tell him, I am the one that is going to remember it very well and not to my liking! I never offer to do anything although I am forced into it sometimes. Good luck! It is only human nature for things like this to happen. I do not mind helping anyone but I never want to be in charge of anything again that does not pertain to my life only!

I think it's great you will try. I suppose the requests go in the order of incoming requests.that's fair I suppose.sometimes we succeed in getting the voting request and sometims it does not work. But at least we can try. and if you want to help in organizing this: that's great!!!

I'm happy to vote to help someone out.....I think one letter a day is the way to go.....thanks for getting this organized, it should be a big help if everyone joins in.

I wanted the J, it didn't come up. No big deal. I'll purchase it if I have to. I have voted for it again, however the request is now for the K. I have also voted for that. May the best letter win!
