It has to do with your embroidery software. If you tell me what kind you have, I might be able to help you. Chris
P.S If you don't have embroidery software, I can help you to download it free.

I usually copy and paste the color chart....I have a file on my desktop just for this...I also have a free program Tajima by Pulse Ambassador that has a feature where you can view by color and it will show each part of the design and the color in the right order.

Welcome to the CUTE family - most designs will also have a color chart that comes with the designs - you can just open the file - click on it and print from your PC - as you do for any other file - or you can bring it into your layout and editing - with the software for your machine - most have something that they had to buy - to be able to get the designs from you PC to your machine - in that program - one you pull it up - you have the option to also print out the design as it will look when stitched out and the color sequence or one of either one. What program do you have on your PC?

Hi Chris,

A big Aussie welcome to you. I see you have your answer so I'll just give you a flower for asking the question. You have 27 at the moment and if I give you a flower it will change to 28.

Love and blessings Chris, Newcastle, Australia

For these one of a kind samples I d/l design then go back and only view the color chart. I keep a 3 x 5 box of cards alphabetically, I write down the design name, # of stitches and of course the color stops. I try to save ink, only when obtaining sets I actually print out the color charts. Otherwise just hit the print button.
