did you check your temp file? Sometimes mine will go there and I have to drag it to my emb file. Just a suggestion. But yes my computer sometimes has a mind of it's own and send me on a goose chase. LOL

Last night I thought I hadn't downloaded the P in the heirloom rose font. Those are expensive if you need to buy them. I found it in the wrong file. Keep looking. I bet you'll find them.

Go to the search function of your computer and do a search for 'funnybear' It will give you a list of EVERY file on your computer that has 'funnybear' in it's name - if they turn up, open them and 'save as' to the correct place.

I know that if you go to Amazing and see what they sortof download as, then you can go to your computer search and try and find it there....I would think they would all be the same name except alpha letter....hope that makes sense and works for you.you could also try and dl something else and see what file folder appears...then go check that folder and see if they accidently went in there....I do that many of times forgetting to save it to the correct folder....

Try going to "My Computer" and do a global search. You m ight try searching for Just the Letter "H", "J", "Y". and then try Funnybear. and also try searching for the extention ie ".pes". Be sure you are searching your entire computer, even in hidden files. Hope this helps. Could you have saved to a memory stick or card? Just an after thought.

do a search on your PC = go to START button - go up to SEARCH - tell it files & folders - then put in one of the names: funnybearfont_h.; funnybearfont_j., &/or funnybearfont_y.

I've tried all your suggestions and now I am resigned to the fact that my computer and washing machine have teamed up and they are out to get me. I guess I should just buy them and save on my nerves. You all have a good day and thank you for trying to help.

You could have accidently saved it in a Temporary file. But the search function should find it if you did. Every time I do this, it turns out it's not the computer's fault, it's mine. Sometimes I just can't remember where I've electronically filed it. Very frustrating to have an aging brain.

I agree was DL the sunflower font from paradise went to save and the entire file was gone. thank god I back up my designs, went to my bckup's and the file was there LOL do not know what happened in my computer it just vanished. I know I would not delete and entire folder of designs. and I always take forever to empty my trash bin and always check it before I empty.
Something wanted my file and figured I didn't need it, but makes me wonder as to what else might be gone and I haven't noticed.

my mac puts sometimes a file wide away from the point I out it. Most of the time when I had opened it to put new designs in and closed it then it just jumped to another corner. The badest thing is when it got into another file and I also didn't find it because I never will seach a horsedesign in the floral-files :o(

IT SEEMS LIKE YOUR ELECTRONIC GOODS ARE PLOTTING AGAINST YOU!! ALWAYS SAVE YOUR FILES/ DESIGNS IN DIFFERENT PLACES, LIKE A MEMORY STICK OR A CD/DVD. I SAVE MINE ON A MEMORY STICK AND ON RWDVD AND ALSO ON MY COMPUTOR, ONCE I DOWNLOAD FROM THE SITE ONTO MY COMPUTOR, I COLLECT A WHOLE LOT AND JUST COPY AND PASTE ONTO THE REST.I USE A 8G MEMORY STICK PLUS I SAVE IT ON MY COMPUTOR. IT IS SAFELY ADN YOU KNOW IF ONE GETS 'EATEN UP' YOU STILL HAVE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Try in documents and then look in downloaded folder. That's what I have to do when I use my dad's computer.

Same thing happened to me, Caterpillar A is missing and I am sure I DL Thank you for the information about how to locate it.

My computer alway first open to save where I save something last and I have to move it were I want to save.

Try shirlener88 search I bet you saved it with something else.

I guess when yours ate 3 letters mine used the J (which I can't find) as seasoning. lol

I have had this happen before. I even checked the "recent" files and tried to find it that way, but then my computer said it didn't exist. WHAT ... it had just said it was a "recent" file. Go figure!! I do know that sometimes the way you click to download, the NAME changes to one you already have downloaded, so make sure the NAME of the file doesn't change when you dl. Happy hunting.

did you find what you were looking for? Did you do a search in your computer? Try that and see if it shows up.

I have found that I sometimes get in to big of a hurry for items to dl and will click on cancel rather then wait that extra second for it to say close. Therefore unless I realize what I just did and dl again I'm out of luck and no design either. Could be this is what you're doing too.

Click on Start, type in the letter and it will show you where it downloaded. Change your d/l preference to reflect where you want it to be.
