My daughter has suddenly started to notice the boys and obviously the looks counts a lot. She is quite lazy but since she realized our new neighbours has a good looking son just the right age she wants to ride her bicycle and so forth. So obviously we've teased her a bit. Well the comment to her aunt made me smile. We told her aunt about this gorgeous young man and she replied just a pity she will only one day be allowed to marry when her dad has passed away. Then she was silent for a while and then remarked ... or when he starts to get Alzheimers. Needless to say she is the apple of his eye and is going to look with a magnifying glass at any prospective boyfriend. She used to tell everybody she came from his tummy and her sister from mine. Suddenly the boys are more important than dad. Interesting times ahead.
