I never thought I'd be glad to be old but Thank Goodness, I've passed that stage! Now my daughters are having power surges! I still remember them tho!LOL

Ha, Ha! I needed this laugh today. I've had the flu for 3 days now... Sometimes I've felt I needed to be in the freezer myself! :)

After going bald during chemo I found I coped much better with the hot flushes.

My hair grew back and I found it almost impossible to cope, especially since the follow on medication makes the hot flushes so much worse.
So two weeks ago I cut off all my newly grown hair & I am wearing wigs and hats again, why?

because it is easier to take off a wig or a hat than it is to take off my own hair.

Now I understand why so many older women keep their hair so short and I have joined them. LOL!!!
