Converting a DST large design to PES format. How easy is this, have no computer software to do this.

OK Cuties, I answered my own question - found a site that does it free: www.embroiderydesigns.com
Do you think I should send myself a flower?

I gave you 2, lol! I need to go to that site! I have tried Pulse Ambassador with nothing but confusion!

The free service at embroiderydesigns.com is great - I haven't been able to use Pulse either. The free trial of Embird worked beautifully but it ran out and I haven't saved up enough yet for the full version!

Pulse Ambassador was easy to install, puts the Icon on desktop. Read every instruction I could, and YES I did my first design from DST to PES with a few clicks. What a nice program & FREE. I'm sending you a flower.

Try downloading Wilcom.com for free it coverts most things quite easily.

I use Pulse Ambassador for converting and really like it, especially the view by color when I'm stitching....I do plan on also downloading the Wilcom Truesizer and seeing which one I like best...it's nice to have it on your computer so you don't have to be on the internet to convert....best wishes.

I don't bother converting DST to Pes as my Brother machine (4000) will read DST anyway.

Thanks I also found out when d/l the DST design, putting on a thumb drive, the design indeed came up. Does this screw up your machine? I was a bit hesitant. I did d/l Pulse Ambassador and really fast and easy, lots of neat features in the FREE program.
